Ages 8 – 13 Years
Kids class schedule: Monday & Wednesday 4:00-4:45pm
Ages 15 Years & Over
Adult class schedule: Monday 7:30-8:30 Thursday 6:00-7:00pm
The main focus is self defense. You will learn how to throw or take down an opponent, be in control of many situations and positions. Through the curriculum, you will learn how to defend yourself against a larger and stronger opponent with throws, joint locks, chokes, submissions and much more!
